Denmark’s Mental Health Day is a nationwide initiative driven by the Velliv Association and inspired by WHO’s World Mental Health Day.
It’s a national awareness day where thousands of workplaces focus on mental health and create space for reflection, conversation, and concrete initiatives that support a healthy work environment.
Apply for up to DKK 10,000 in funding
In Week 41 (October 4–12, 2025), your workplace can apply for up to DKK 10,000 to host an event focused on wellbeing, collaboration, and community.

How small pauses can make a big difference for your brain, body, and work culture

In this workshop, we explore the importance of the “small spaces” we create throughout the day – the intentional pauses that give our bodies and brains time to recover. We look at what happens when we’re always “on,” and how even the smallest breaks can be vital for focus, joy at work, and sustainable wellbeing.
Participants gain knowledge, concrete tools, and a sensory-based experience that opens up reflection and new shared habits.
