A holistic approach to balancing stress and promoting well-being across the organization
The three basic elements of our approach
At Ivital, we focus on improving body awareness through exercises and mental techniques that create a deeper connection between mind and body. Our body awareness exercises help employees and managers strengthen their ability to manage stress and maintain a healthy balance in everyday life.
Our organizational efforts provide employees and managers with knowledge and insights on how to improve wellbeing and prevent stress in the workplace. We create a common language and provide concrete tools that can be used in everyday life to promote a healthy and productive work environment.
Ivital integrates the latest research on stress and work environment into our work. Our approach ensures that we constantly update our methods with the latest scientific findings to prevent, detect, warn of and manage stress. This ensures that our solutions are effective and based on the latest knowledge in the field.
The story behind ivital
What started the vision for Ivital?
Through workshops held at Danfoss, we were able to measure a 10% stress reduction based on a single workshop. What makes our approach unique is the inclusion of the body as a resource in stress prevention. Stress is also a bodily reaction, and working with the body is not only an effective method, but also an overlooked one. When you strengthen your relationship with your body, you as an individual improve at navigating the periods of increased pressure that you experience throughout your life.
It became clear to us that a single workshop wasn’t enough to combat unhappiness and overload effectively. The support needs to be continuous, tailored and integrated into the company. In addition, it’s not enough to intervene at employee level because the solution risks becoming a symptom treatment. All levels of the organization share responsibility for avoiding overload and supporting a balanced workload. This is the core of Ivital.
